Improved safety and damage prevention top the list of key benefits of both air and hydro-excavation.  Using a contractor with the necessary experience and safety training is imperative for the success of your project.

At KANTEX Subsurface, job safety is of the utmost importance and this is evident with our current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of .84. Tony Huval, our Vice President of HS&E oversees an experienced team of safety professionals which continually complete field audits of crews and keep our employees compliant with all OSHA and OQ requirements.

In addition to documented JSA’s and weekly safety/training meetings, our crews are in full compliance with DOT mandated Operator Qualifications through Veriforce, NCCER, and web OQ programs as well as OSHA’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies and standards. Pre-employment and random drug testing are completed with all employees in compliance with DOT regulations.
